Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026. Effective date: October 7, 2026.
1. Overview
MSQTO ("we," "our," or "the platform") provides public mosquito-program navigation, product guides, and optional contact assistance. We believe your privacy matters, especially when researching health and home topics. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is handled, and your choices.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide directly: Forms may ask for your email address, name, ZIP code and message. An optional contact-assistance request also lets you provide a phone number, chosen provider and preferred contact time. These details are not required to browse public programs or use the ZIP finder. Do not include payment details, government identifiers or medical information.
- District lookup inputs: When you use our vector district finder, you enter a 5-digit ZIP code. ZIP lookups run in your browser against our program directory. The finder does not send your lookup to our contact database. If you choose contact assistance, your selected ZIP and public provider details can be passed to that form; no contact request is sent until you submit it.
- Technical and usage data: Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes network and request information to deliver and secure the site. Submitted forms include their source page, submission time, browser user-agent and country when available. We do not currently install third-party behavioral advertising cookies or send finder lookups to an advertising network.
- Shopping preferences: The cart uses your browser’s local storage for product IDs and quantities. No card details or contact information are stored in the cart. When checkout is available, the current browser tab can retain its checkout reference to recover an interrupted payment flow. Clearing browser storage removes these references. Product checkout is not currently active on MSQTO.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect strictly to deliver requested services:
- To record your interest in updates you request and respond to your inquiries. Signing up records your interest; it does not guarantee a publication schedule or real-time alert service.
- To display public-program contact information. County matches may need confirmation with the agency because service boundaries can differ.
- When you submit a contact-assistance request, to review it and help you contact your selected public program or private provider. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. If you have not selected a provider, we ask you to choose before sharing your contact details.
- To maintain platform security, prevent automated bot spam, and protect our services.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies.
We only share data in the following bounded contexts:
- Requested provider contact: With the permission given on the contact-assistance form, we may share your submitted contact and scheduling details with the provider you selected for that request. This permission is not consent to unrelated marketing or sale of your email address or phone number. Requests are reviewed; provider availability and any charges must be confirmed directly.
- Infrastructure and external websites: Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions. Our support tools process submitted requests for review. Some product photos load from manufacturers’ servers, which receive ordinary web requests from your browser. Retailer links take you to separate websites with their own privacy and checkout policies.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, subpoena, or lawful governmental request.
5. California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information. Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have additional rights, including:
- Right to Know: You have the right to request what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information collected by us, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. You have the right to opt-out of any future sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Non-Discrimination: We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise your rights, or to unsubscribe from email notifications, email us at support@msqto.ai or click the unsubscribe link contained at the bottom of any dispatch email.
6. Data Security and Retention
The website uses HTTPS. Submitted requests are stored for review and follow-up, and may be copied into our support queue. You can ask us to delete your contact information by emailing support@msqto.ai. We keep unsubscribe records to honor opt-outs. No website or storage system can promise absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to adult homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us for immediate deletion.
8. Updates to This Policy
Changes will be posted here with an updated date. We do not currently sell audience data or personal contact information. Any future advertising or aggregate-insights service will require an updated notice and appropriate choices before new data collection starts. Permission for appointment assistance will not be reused for unrelated resale.
